PHOTOSHOOT PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS

Payments can be made by bank transfer, PayPal or cash.

A non-refundable deposit is required, the deposit amount is stated on the photoshoot package, this fee is required upon confirmation of booking.

The remaining cost of package of the photoshoot, is to be paid on the date of the shoot.

2. CANCELLATIONS

If a photoshoot package is cancelled at any time prior to a booking, the deposit will retained by RiRi Images as a ‘cancellation fee’.

This cancellation fee will not be enforced however, if the booking can be rearranged for a date that falls within 2 weeks of the original booking date.  In such an instance, the deposit is simply transferred to the rearranged photoshoot package date.

If a cancellation occurs in respect of a rearranged photoshoot package booking, the remaining fee of the total  is due within 7 days from the date of cancellation.
